From the artist: Longing represents daydreams of a far away place. The place exists only in imagination. It is one of my responses to the pandemic. Like most I fantasized about travelling, taking the Oriental Express and slipping elegantly through mountain climes. There are dozens of images compressed to create this textural exploration.

A single-panel blackout curtain that turns a window into a moody, artful moment. Deep rose fills the background while layered sunset clouds and clusters of mountains sweep across the fabric like an abstract evening garden. The dense polyester weave softens incoming light and muffles the glare, creating a calm, private corner for reading, resting, or reflecting. Hang it on a simple rod pocket and let the rich contrasts anchor a living room accent wall or a quiet bedroom nook.
